I started this month very slowly with running. I planned this month to run 28 miles in a each 10 day period. This will give me 80 miles at the end of the month. Here I am on the 4th day of the month with no miles.
That’s ok, because I have a plan.
If I run 4 days of 7.25 miles each day then I will meet 28 miles for the first 10 days. The downside to that is I need to run 28 miles in a week. That is the most miles I have ever logged in a week.
It should be fun.
